Dr. Slick Hackle Pliers

Hackle pliers with rubber tubing on one jaw, so they hold a feather tight without cutting or slipping. The tapered jaws handle small dry fly hackle and larger soft hackle, and work for dubbing loops too. Stainless, in 2 in and 4 in.
